Join Our Mat Pilates at
Foster City Rec Center
In this class, participants can expect to strengthen their entire body. This mat-based Pilates class uses resistance bands, exercise balls, and handheld weights to target all major muscle groups. It is an all-level class where participants can expect to receive modifications as needed. In addition to strength, we will focus on improving flexibility and mobility, with specific attention to spine health and posture.
